We understand bookings have been interrupted by Coronavirus/Covid 19. Our customers’ health is of paramount importance to us so rest assured that we understand your concerns and will resolve all issues with regards to upcoming bookings or approaching voucher expiry dates.
Firstly – if you have already made a booking with one of our venues, the first port of call should be to contact the venue directly. Our venues are very understanding and will do all they can to postpone the experience and offer an alternative date if you still feel uncomfortable about attending,this must be done at least seven days in advance.
If you have not yet booked your experience and are concerned about an approaching expiry date, we have temporarily removed all fees to extend your voucher and to cover the period of time lost we will be extending all vouchers affected with an additional 90 days, instead of the advertised 28 and this will be done free of charge.
ALL vouchers must be registered with us via the use my voucher page on our website by the original expiry date shown on your voucher to be legible for the free extension period under our original terms and conditions.
We CAN NOT accept/provide experiences/rounds that have not been registered past the expiry date shown on the original gifted voucher.
